Increasing ZOE's LTV by 37% with a new pricing model
I've worked with ZOE to strategise, plan, and design a new monetisation model, allowing them to unblock future opportunities and improve key metrics.
Reverting Uptime's conversion rate during price hikes
After leading the implementation of the monetisation strategy, I've also helped stabilise the CR after a 90% drop as Uptime incrementally moved towards full price.
